Cast Iron Systems and HP team up to bring SMBs into cloud
Cast Iron Systems and HP have announced that they are partnering to offer integration services to help SMBs onto cloud computing platforms. The two companies have developed a marketing and sales program for HP’s 25,000 value added resellers and channel partners in the US.

VMWare puts US$20m in cloud partner, Terremark
Virtualisation pioneer, VMWare, has invested US$20 million in cloud start up Terremark, which uses the company’s software as part of its enterprise cloud offering. According to a statement by Terremark, VMWare’s investment consists of the purchase of 4 million Terremark stock at US$5 each, representing 5% of the company.
