KDDI opens Singapore data centre

Japanese telco KDDI has launched a Singapore data centre—its first in Asia outside of China and Japan. The facility, made operational Wednesday, will be able to “provide the advanced information services that client companies want, while cultivating foreign customers, in addition to Japanese firms”, the firm said.
