		<description>To some extent there are IT teams out there working on programs to reduce energy usage who do not think of what they are doing as Green IT, simply as business efficiency - so the picture might be better than we think.  If we can help the IT departments see the  strategic value they can have to their organizations through the opportunities to leverage ICT to improve the broader energy efficiency of the business maybe this will encourage the formation of more green teams.</description>
